• EMPLOYER RESPONSIBILITIES, RIGHTS AND LIABILITIES (Can I mandate vaccines for all employees? What are my potential liabilities?)
• EMPLOYEE RESPONSIBILITIES & RIGHTS (Must I comply if my employer mandates all employees to have the vaccine? What if I have a disability that excludes me from receiving the vaccine?)
• HANDBOOK UPDATES: If I am to mandate the vaccine to my employees, how do I document it in my employee handbook?
• VACCINE QUESTIONS: (Must I continue to wear a mask if I’m now vaccinated? How long before it is safe for us to get back to a more normal workplace?)
• VACCINE REGISTRATION: Where can I register? Can I pick which vaccine I receive? Is there a cost to be vaccinated? Are there any side affects I should be concerned about?
