The State of NJ offers attractive workforce training grants for existing businesses as well as incentives for relocating businesses on the basis of job creation, energy savings and employment retention. Additional support in employee recruitment and training is available from the One Stop Career Centers and the US DOL Apprenticeship program. The Sussex County Community College is also considered a key support for employers through their Entrepreneurial Center and Curriculum planning.
