Melanie Willougby - The New Jersey Business Action Center, the Business-First Resource for Doing Business in New Jersey. Under the leadership of Executive Director Melanie Willoughby, the NJBAC has refocused its efforts to help companies of all sizes save time and money by getting answers from government agencies, directing businesses to appropriate contacts, and facilitating meetings and partnerships.

Colette Santasieri, PhD - In her 36-year career, Dr. Santasieri has successfully secured and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in funding for projects, programs, and research studies in the fields of environmental, infrastructure, land use planning, and community development. She has extensive experience and expertise in the planning and design of sustainable and resilient properties, communities, and civil infrastructure systems; strategic planning; brownfields redevelopment; capital programming; community visioning for redevelopment;  and educating elected officials, government staff, nonprofits, and communities.
