It's September - Is Your Business on the Reopening Map?
Sussex County businesses - Get on the Map!
The County of Sussex, in partnership with the Sussex County Chamber of Commerce and the Sussex County Economic Development partnership, has created a map to help local businesses connect with residents as our county recovers from the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Sussex County businesses that would like to be included on the map can click on the “Business Reopening Survey” tab at the top left of the map and complete the survey questions. Here's a tutorial on filling out the the online form to get your reopening information on the map. The good news is you don't need to set up any account or password!
Businesses will also be able to upload an advertising flyer in addition to providing information about business location, hours of operation, special services, etc. There is no charge to participate.
"This is a true partnership,” said President of the Chamber and Economic Development Partnership, Tammie Horsfield, of the collaborative project. “Every business should post itself there.”
The interactive map enables users to toggle to select various options for each business, including those that offer delivery, drive-thru services, shipping, takeout, curbside pickup or online ordering. A business can additionally specify if it is open by appointment only, permits walk-ins or is not yet reopened for business.
